Job Description:

As a business development agent, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth. Your mission will be to contribute to the expansion and growth of our company’s sales by working in concert with your colleagues from different departments.

You will have the unique opportunity to work on a wide range of strategic projects and build solid plans for the future of ConstructBuy. You will work closely with our marketing and service team to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, establish solid relationships with strategic partners, optimize our sources of revenue and continually improve the customer experience.

Your role will involve developing and driving projects of initiatives aimed at stimulating growth. You will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of the construction market, have a keen eye for opportunities, conduct diligent follow-ups with you customers and show a strong initiative to succeed in your development job.

  • Find, recognize, and exploit new opportunities to grow the business;
  • Build and maintain strong and ongoing relationships with your potential clients;
  • Interact directly with your clients to guide them well and ensure high-quality service for them;
  • Improve and adapt the sales processes and tools at ConstructBuy, such as follow-up methods and the use of software for prospecting;
  • Develop and directly apply effective growth strategies to stimulate business development;
  • Conduct research, networking, and prospecting to identify new market and business opportunities;
  • Establish and directly negotiate strategic partnerships with stakeholders to drive company growth;
  • Collaborate with the marketing department and solution advisor to formulate and deploy targeted campaigns;
  • Attain established goals by implementing dashboards and tracking them.

Have you ever done this?

  • Knowledge of prospecting and sales software;
  • Experience with a CRM type software (Even better if you know Salesforce!);
  • Experience in business development;
  • Knowledge of the construction industry;
  • Understanding of the SaaS software universe and programming.
